Subject:- - Grant of fixed remuneration equal to the amount of first cell of Pay Level of the Pay Matrix of the post under the Rajasthan Civil
Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2017 to Government servants appointed on urgent temporary basis.
The issue relating to grant of fixed remuneration equal to the amount of first cell of Pay Level of the Pay Matrix of the post under the Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2017 to Government servants appointed on urgent temporary basis was under consideration of the Government.
2. In pursuance of the provisions of Rule 24 of Rajasthan Service Rules, the matter has been considered and the Governor is pleased to order that the Government servants appointed on urgent temporary basis as per the provisions of
the relevant service rules shall be allowed fixed remuneration equal to the amount of first cell of Pay Level of the Pay Matrix of the post under the Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2017.
3. Those who are in receipt of fixed remuneration higher than fixed remuneration admissible under para 2 above shall be revised equal to para 2 above and the excess amount of fixed remuneration already drawn shall stand waived.
4. Those who are getting fixed remuneration during the period of appointment of urgent temporary basis less than that admissible under para 2 above shall be revised equal to the fixed remuneration admissible under para 2above.
5. The employees appointed on urgent temporary basis shall not be entitled to any allowance like DA, CCA, HRA and in the case of Medical Officer appointed on urgent temporary basis no exigency allowance shall be admissible.
6. This Order shall come into force with effective from the 1st May, 2023.
